Person Content Type
The Person content type includes many features suited for person entry and management. The RCCL includes a staff directory that works out of the box after Person entries have been created. Content editors can also list groups of Persons on individual web pages using the People Collection component.
Staff Directories
The staff directory Drupal View works out of the box and displays all Person entries on a dedicated page with a search box and filters ('YourDomain.edu/staff-directory').
Additionally, groups of Person entries have dedicated view pages based on the 'People Grouping' taxonomy ID (e.g. rccldemo.rutgers.edu/staff-directory/13).
If you need to customize views, please speak with your website administrator or developer.
Staff Taxonomy
To manage staff and people taxonomy groups, go to Structure > Taxonomy in your content management system and select 'Staff Directory Unit' and/or 'People Grouping'.
